3. KITAS/KITAP (Visa Indonesia) - Original & 1 Photocopy
4. Police Registration Certificate (Surat Tanda Melapor or Travel Permit (Surat Keterangan Jalan) - 1 Photocopy
5. Passport-Size Photographs 4x6 (Yellow Background) - 4 pieces
6. Previous SKCK (if applicable) - 1 Photocopy
